We had been contacted by email from a guy who lives south of England, his dad lived in a retirement flat in the Fochabers area of Scotland. After being let down by a local company he had contacted Eaglestones House Clearance to see if there was any possibility that we could carry out a clearance the following morning. The clearance involved clearing out all household affects within the flat and also lifting and disposing of all carpets throughout.

Clearance Overview

We arrived on time to carry out the house clearance, 3 man crew fully uniformed in a large luton style van. The flat was situated on the ground floor with easy access and only a short walk, the cupboards were rather cluttered with small contents and the flat was loaded with the usual furniture. We filled 2 van loads with mixed contents that were in rather good condition and could be re-used.

Disposal of Contents

A lot of the furniture was donated to a local charity where it would surely be re-used, there was also a lot of ornaments from this house clearance that we boxed up and passed on as well as a fair amount of electrical goods.
